What is your return policy?

Oh no! We strive for full satisfaction from our customers. If you have any issues with your order please let us know as soon as possible. Meals are not able to be returned, however we are happy to work with you to get this resolved in other ways. 

Do you offer gift cards?

We love that you want to share Thymly with others! As of right now, we are working on getting this option available to our customers.

What are the payment options?

To keep costs low, we are only taking Zelle payments. All payments can be sent to 561-319-8487. We hope as our sales take off we can start implementing more methods of payment. Thanks for working with us!

How long do my meals keep?

We suggest that all our meals are consumed within seven days from delivery to ensure freshness and quality. Please remember to store meals in the refrigerator until ready to be consumed.
